Deluxe hotel and marvellous location in the middle of jackson. A microwave oven, a refrigerator, and coffee and tea making facilities available in the suite. Location just next door to public areas...

The stay had some great touches. The unit's private hot tub offered a wonderful way to unwind while taking in scenic views of the marina. I appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. It had everything we needed for our meals. Staff provided quick assistance with maintenance issues, easier to enjoy our time despite a few hiccups. Unfortunately, noise from adjacent families disrupted the tranquility we sought. The hot tub cycling on and off throughout the night created vibrations, made sleeping difficult until I figured out how to turn it off. Access to the resort had a steep hill, which might make it challenging for those with mobility concerns. Cleaning was okay, but I noticed a couple of overlooked spots in the communal areas. It was a pleasant stay with some room for improvements.

I could hardly believe the state of the hot water situation, what a hassle. And seriously, what's with the non-refundables? I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my trouble but apparently that's toooooo much to ask here. Aside from that, the 'views' were not as advertised. I almost thought about a good review but just couldn't.

Why it's almost great (but not quite)

Charming cottages offered a fantastic retreat, with fine fall colors and a private hot tub, made relaxation effortless! The friendly staff were always ready to help with essentials.

Noise from nearby families disrupted the peace, and the steep hill access made it tricky for those with mobility needs. Insufficient parking added to the inconvenience.

Exactly what I think, no more, no less

Very nice time spent here! The lovely suite had a fireplace and hot tub. I enjoyed the peaceful waterfront view, and the staff was friendly. The vibrant fall colors around the hotel were a amazing backdrop, perfect for relaxation and exploration.

Enjoyed the semi view of the marina from our deluxe suite. The spacious unit offered ample room for two, and we loved the added surprise of grills and a lovely deck area. A cozy spot to relax and unwind after exploring nearby attractions.

The hot tub was a welcome feature. The ample deck space allowed for a comfortable experience, perfect for enjoying the surrounding views.

Families with small children were noisy, which disrupted the otherwise peaceful vibe of the place. Though the hot tub was enjoyable, its automatic cycling on and off at night created vibrations, made sleep difficult until I figured out how to turn it off. The claimed in-room Wi-Fi was faulty. The connection was unreliable and not user-friendly for multiple devices. Lastly, room cleanliness left a bit to be desired, highlighted by a few noticeable oversights like a musty smell from the pillows.

The private hot tub on the balcony offered fine marina views, and my room was super comfortable. Everything about this place was like a lovely oasis and perfect for relaxation.

Great tv and cozy jacuzzi, but no pets allowed was disappointing.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Excellent staff always available for needs. Unique lounge area with a pool table.

We were happy to have a room with a bathtub and the hotel's location was convenient, being close to public areas nearby.
